Good community engagement is a key part of delivering a successful service that adapts to the needs of its clients.

This workshop will introduce processes and tools to help you engage in the communities you work in and put these into useful practice to design a service that is relevant.

Our follow on event covering evaluation on 6 May is also open for bookings.
