Since its inception in April 2023, the “Volunteer like a BOSS” project has been on a mission to transform volunteers into empowered, skilled, and confident individuals ready to conquer the world of work.
The project encompasses 4 main activities:
At the heart of our project is The Salon, a vibrant Volunteering Hub where volunteers can explore a wide range of opportunities, connect with the community, and hone their skills. It’s the place where dreams are nurtured and talents are discovered.
We believe in learning by doing. Through meaningful work experiences, our volunteers step into the world of work, gaining insights, and developing practical skills that are invaluable for their future careers.
The Conversation Café is a volunteer-led project dedicated to helping learners enhance their English-speaking abilities in a relaxed and informal setting. Our goal is to create a space where individuals can learn, connect, and grow.
We bridge the gap between volunteers and employers. Our Annual Volunteer Recruitment Fair brings together eager volunteers and employers seeking talent, creating opportunities for meaningful employment.
The aim of the Volunteer like a BOSS project is to equip volunteers with the valuable skills they need to succeed in the workforce.
